Man, the front desk was super chill, always smilin' and helpful! They had fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast that was straight fire. My room was cleaned every day, fresh sheets and all, which I loved. I ain’t like how loud it got at times outside, but everything else was mad dope!

The large indoor pool was a fantastic area to unwind.

I was disappointed by the WiFi outages during crucial moments, like when I needed to check in for my return flight. Additionally, the loose bathroom faucet was quite bothersome. Getting to the hotel from the south on Adolfo López Mateos Boulevard proved to be a challenge due to the tricky U-turns and heavy traffic.

It was just a great fit for a brief weekend stay in Leon with value for money. The tons of power outlets were super convenient for charging all my devices. Try to avoid breakfast hours if noise bothers you.

the location was really good, tho my room was a bit noisy at times. but the staff was super nice and helpful all the time. i loved the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast and the burgers in the restaurant were delish! overall, very clean and felt like home!
